Take Me Downtown

I dressed up pretty cute today!  I'm sporting the pink slacks, blue & white striped shirt, and black flats.  I also curled my short hair for the first time.  I can't wait for my hair to grow back out.  I cut it just to get it all one color...my natural blonde.  I'm content with how I look with short hair...ask me that a few years ago and I would have shot daggers out of my eyes at you. :)

Here's my totals from Wednesday and what I ate:


At 6 AM:  1 Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal (100 calorie pack); 1 serving of Stevie's Protein Rice Krispies; 8 oz of Hazelnut coffee w/ 1 tbsp of Hazelnut creamer (ya ya ya...shut up.)

At 9 AM:  5.3 oz of Vanilla Greek yogurt, 57g of Post Great Grains Protein Cereal (Cinnamon Hazelnut); 1 Banana.

At 12 PM: 1 Boca Cheeseburger patty; 85g of Edamame; 56g of Ronzoni Fiber Elbow Pasta (plain).

At 3 PM:   5.3 oz of Vanilla Greek yogurt; 56g of Ronzoni Fiber Elbow Pasta (plain).

At 6 PM:   Wild Alaskan Teriyaki Salmon Burger Patty w/ 2 slices of Pineapple (in 100% juice); 85g of Edamame.

At 9 PM:   5.3 oz of Vanilla Greek yogurt.

I've got a Business Team meeting today, and had to go to the store to buy Biscoff cookies and Pirouettes.  Ergh!  I have been eyeballing this Biscoff spread at the grocery store for months now.  I think I'll treat myself to some after the competition is over.

 
I took my puppy on a long walk this morning.  I need to start getting up earlier to do this.  He makes me smile every time I am with him.  He raises a lot of hell, but I love him.  He means so much to me.  I don't know how people deal with the loss of their dogs.  They become such an integral part of your life and family.  Here's my little stud this morning:
