My Weekend & My Awful Monday Morning Already!

I'd rather not list out everything I ate on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  It's a lot of work to type it all out, so I'm just going to list my totals instead.  I'll get better at this for the future, but this weekend was extremely busy.  I'm not very proud of my last few days.

This week, I'm going to aim for lower carbs.  I've been relying on too much bread lately.  It's very hard to cut out bread when you're a runner.  Bread makes everything better!  Saturday, I had a bachelorette party to go to.  We did ugly bridesmaid dress paintballing, which was very fun!  I'm the one below in the blue dress on the end.

 

I had an absolute BLAST playing paintball.  My team won each of the three rounds we played.  The first round, I got shot in the leg from pretty close up.  I've got a pretty bad bruise from it, but it was totally worth it.  I was one of two remaining in the second round.  And, the third and final round, I won. 

I went grocery shopping yesterday and got some more food.  I think we spent $230!  I hope this lasts a little bit longer than what I've currently been buying.  I've been eating edamame the last few days with a sprinkle of onion powder on them. 

Two things happened today that make me worry about how the rest of the day is going to go: 

• I left my lunch at home.
• I actually KILLED my iPhone.

Clint was nice enough to go home and bring back my lunch.  I was so mad at myself for forgetting it.  But, that's pretty good to go 2 weeks without forgetting my food.  So, I'm covered with that.  Now, my iPhone is a different story.  I went to wash my clothes for today this morning (don't ask...I have a weird phobia of clean, fresh clothes), and I put my phone in the shelf above the washer and dryer.  Well, when I was loading clothes into the washer with the water running, my phone slipped and fell into the washer...I knew instantly it was gone.  I put it in rice, but it's DUNZO.  I charged my old iPhone 4S (which I also let go swimming in a toilet on my birthday).  It magically turned on.  It had a problem with overheating.  I lost all my pictures of my progress. 

Boo.  Today better get better. :)
