Wow!! I consumed salt for the first time in almost 4 months. It was the strangest thing I've tasted. I put some on my egg whites and it made it taste like popcorn--not in a good way.
My tongue feels spicy or something. Today, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Then, on Thursday, I cut all sources of sodium. Today, is day one of no carbs.
More on this later...I'm going to snooze for an hour or so until I need to start getting ready to meet up with my mum.
