I've been working hard at getting the 2 gallons a day that I need. Yesterday, I didn't drink enough during the day which made me end up drinking a whole gallon after 9 PM. I had a terrible night's sleep. The constant getting up to pee is already old.
Oh, and I also started my morning with spilling a full Solo cup of water all over my desk. Luckily, my keyboard and laptop were fine. Refilling my jug with 12 oz made me sad. My morning dragged on and I found myself zoning out. I think it was from the interrupted sleep I got.
I have to admit...I find drinking the water straight from the jug (like a douche bag at the gym) is way easier to consume the water. I feel like I drink more than when I take sips out of a cup. None of my coworkers have said anything about me carrying around a jug of water. I wonder if they just chalk it up to the unusual things I tend to do.
I went for a run at Lake of the Woods again. I put in a little over 4 miles. I didn't see hardly anyone out on the trails. I was supposed to go grocery shopping afterwards, but I was so gross from sweating that I decided to just drive home.
I'm going to finish up the last bit of water I have to drink and try to sleep until my bladder says otherwise. Good night!
