I lost another .4 lbs. LOL. It's something...better than nothing.
I'm thinking about getting up early in the morning and going on a short 3 mile run. I need to get back to running 5 days a week. I miss it, but find myself SUPER TIRED from my workouts. I think this weekend will be my last few days of natural peanut butter/almond butter. I need to stop eating it. Shit has got to get SERIOUS!!
Oh, and someone at my work brought in fresh donuts from Dunkin Donuts today. I couldn't stop smelling them. I even wanted to the jelly donut and I'm not a fan of those. Then, I started thinking about a donut burger...never had one, but I want one!
